Music Box Features

Yes. Custom tunes are available for some of our higher-end models. Please [contact us], let us know what song you’re looking for. We’ll first check if the song is already available. If it is not in our song library, we will send you links of models that can accommodate custom tunes.
Yes you can. You can send us your design/graphic. It should have a clear outline and background, preferably black and white. We will do a mock-up for your preview and we can make adjustments from there.

Most standard 18-note music box models can play 12-15 seconds of a song. Higher-end models can play a longer duration e.g. 30-note models can play 26-30 seconds of a song. There are 50 to 78-note models which can play even longer durations of a song. If you are interested, please contact us for more details.

A wind-up music box plays on its own for about 3 minutes when fully wound. A hand-crank model plays the music when you start cranking the handle. The music will stop as soon as you stop the cranking.

Ordering

Please contact us, we will investigate the cause of the problem and resolve it ASAP.

You can change the shipping address as long as the order is not yet shipped. Once the package leaves our workshop, we cannot change the shipping address. So please make sure that the shipping details you provide to us are correct.

Yes you can. You can message us after you place the order. We will send mock-up(s) for your preview before doing the actual engraving, so you can always make adjustments based on the mock-up we send you.

Processing & Shipping

For non-customized orders, we usually ship within 1-3 days. For customized orders, we ship 2-4 days after the custom engraving mock-up(s) are finalized and confirmed. These are, however, reference timing only. Processing time will be longer during festive seasons e.g. Christmas, Valentines Day, Chinese National Day & New Year. If you have a delivery time to meet, please contact us before placing your order.

Standard shipping to most non-Asian countries takes approximately 10-20 days, express shipping about 5 to 12 days. Shipping time will be longer during peak mailing seasons e.g. Christmas, Valentines Day, Chinese National Day & New Year. If you have a delivery time to meet, please contact us before placing your order.

We ship worldwide. Our couriers cover most countries around the world. If you’re not sure if we can deliver to your country, please message us. We will get back to you shortly. Or you can still place your order, if we cannot deliver to the shipping address, we will cancel and refund your order.

Tracking & Delivery

You can track your order on our website, or go to 17track.net with your tracking number. If you have problem tracking your order, please contact us. We will send the direct tracking link to you.

Tracking updates may not be available once the package leaves our airport and is on the way to the destination country. Tracking will be available once the package is released by the customs of the destination country.

It sometimes happen that the courier/post service sends out “Delivered” message while the package is “Out for delivery”. Please wait a day or so to see if the delivery arrives. If it doesn’t, the fastest way to find out the reason is to contact your post office/service. If you have problem getting in touch with your post office/service, please contact us.

We can change the delivery address only while the package is still with us. Once it is shipped, there is no way for us to change the delivery details. Please make sure that the delivery details provided to us (including the delivery address and the recipient’s phone number) is correct.

    All of the payment is securely powered by Stripe.

     

Some countries impose custom duties and taxes on imported items. For International customers, please note that you are responsible to pay any custom duties and taxes imposed by your country on your order.

 

As the customs rules and tax rates differ from country to country, we are not able to tell whether or not an item will be taxed, nor the rate/amount. Please contact your customs authorities or visit their websites to check details before placing an order.

Cancellation, refund and return

Our shop policy allows cancellation within one hour of the placing of an order. Please contact us at your earliest possible so we can stop processing your order and arrange a full refund. If however, you have passed the one hour cancellation period, we may still be able to cancel your order as long as the package has not left our workshop. We will arrange a full refund if your order has not been processed yet, or a partial refund deducting the expenses already incurred in processing your order.

We offer free replacement if we sent you a music box with a wrong music or a mistake in the custom engraving. Please [contact us] and we will take remedial actions immediately.

Unfortunately we do not accept returns unless there is a mistake on our part.
