I ordered this music box for the second time. The first time for my girlfriend's birthday, the second time for me. The engraving on the lid was made according to my wishes and I was given three suggestions to choose from in advance. The quality is great and absolutely meets my expectations. E-mails are answered quickly and shipping works perfectly. I don't think this music box will be the last one I'll order here either.

Super super pretty music boxes! i bought two of them on the same order and the first one came on time, but the other one took about an extra week to deliver due to some logistic issues. i’m seriously in love with the music boxes though!

Extremely pleased not only with the product but also with the producer! Communication and customer service goes a long way, and I was pleasantly surprised to have such a warm experience. The box itself is exactly as described and the music can be heard clearly and loudly. MarC was kind enough to send a mock-up of the custom engraving I wanted and the final product did not disappoint! The engraving is so nice I keep running my hands over it haha This is definitely a well made and well worth purchase.
