    Very quick and attentive customer service by email, and delivery was faster than I had dared hope for during the Christmas season. After inspecting the box, I am a bit concerned about how long the machinery is going to last, but the box itself is very neat, and the customization is exactly as ordered. Upon delivery, everything works beautifully as it should, so no complaints.
